Simply put, “You Pay NOTHING Unless We Win” means that you won’t pay any legal fees unless we are successful in winning your case.

If we don’t win, you don’t owe us a cent.

Our policy allows you to pursue your claim without worrying about paying legal costs upfront. Here’s how it works:

• No upfront costs: You won’t need to pay any legal fees to begin your case.

• We Win, We get paid: If we win your case for you, our legal fees will be deducted from the compensation you receive.

• If We Don’t Win, You Pay Nothing: If your case is unsuccessful which is very unlikely, you don’t have to pay any legal fees or costs for our work.

This means that you can focus on your recovery or move forward with your life while we handle the legal work, all without financial risk.​​

If we are successful in obtaining compensation for you, our legal costs are calculated based on the work done on your matter to a settlement. 

Our legal costs are capped at 30% which one of the lowest rates in Queensland. A fee cap is the maximum percentage of your settlement that a firm can take as payment for their services. Most personal injury firms in Queensland set this cap at 50%, meaning they could take half of your settlement. We believe this is unfair. This is why at Lee Brothers Legal we capped our fees at 30% of the settlement.
